I’ve been using Jamaica Black Castro oil for a year as well, but for some reasonI’ve noticed the top portion of my hair thinning more. Now I did recently start braiding or twisting my hair as well, so maybe that has something to do with it.. I’m not sure. But if its braiding my hair that’s causing the thinning thing I need a solution that can grow my hair strong enough to be able to braid.

I will never figure this whole hair thing out man.. Everyone's giving such different info, and all the "holy grails" made my hair so much worse over the years. Seems like the more money and effort I put into it, the fewer hair I have left 😭 I always read that protein, Keratin, castor oil, shea butter are absolute no-go's for low-porosity hair. And you've just shown 2 products that have all that?? I'm just going Brittney and shave it all off at this point 😂

You have to avoid protein using for low porosity and sulfate products
